Art on Texas will take a 20% commission on all art sold. What percentage of your 80% profit would you like to donate to Literacy Lubbock?
By filling out this form, you agree to all the terms listed below:
• I agree to arrange a drop off time in advance with Diana Smith at Art on Texas, 1506 Texas Ave (745- 2687). I understand that the drop off time must be between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
• Drop offs must be scheduled between these dates:
Monday, August 23rd and Tuesday, August 31st. Any art that is dropped off outside of these dates may not be displayed in the show.
• I agree to drop off my art at Art on Texas
no later than Tuesday, August 31st.
• I agree to allow Art on Texas to take a 20% commission on my art if it is sold.
• I agree to submit my art ready to hang (if applicable) preferable with two eye screws on the back of the frame with wire.
• I understand that if I wish to submit more artwork than what is listed here that I must contact
ypgl@lubbockeda.org to receive authorization.
• If your art doesn’t sell, then you must pick it up
no later than Friday, September 17th. You are welcome to keep it at the gallery for display until that date.
• If you wish to have an artist statement appear under your artwork, you must provide this for each piece of art
no later than Friday, August 13th. Otherwise, only your name, the title of the art, and the price will be listed as it appears on this form. If you choose to submit a statement, please keep it under 150 words and email it to
ypgl@lubbockeda.org .
